Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship across Canada and the United States.

- If your shipping address is in Canada, your order will be printed and shipped from Woodbridge, Ontario.

- If your shipping address is in the United States, it will be printed and shipped from our American print partners in San Jose, California.

There are no unexpected customs fees, everything ships domestically depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (garments are printed to order).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If you live in a remote or rural area, shipping may take a little longer. Additionally, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather events, material shortages or carrier strikes.

Where are your products made and shipped from?

🧡 All our designs are lovingly created by Jen Appe, founder of the brand. We're a small, family-run business proud to share what we love.

We work with trusted print partners in Canada and the USA.

Your order is always fulfilled within the same country as your shipping address, helping to avoid customs fees, shorten delivery times, and reduce carbon emissions.

- Canadian orders are printed and shipped from Woodbridge, Ontario

- U.S. orders are printed and shipped from San Jose, California

We print our designs on premium Bella+Canvas 3001 t-shirts, known for their buttery-soft feel, modern retail fit, and eco-conscious production.
We also use the Gildan 18000 Sweatshirt and the Champion S700 Hoodie for our cozy fleece options.

- Bella+Canvas: Crafted with 100% U.S.-grown cotton, cut & dyed in Los Angeles in a WRAP-certified facility, and OEKO-TEX® certified for safety. Assembled in Honduras or Bangladesh in 100% sweatshop-free factories, ensuring ethical and humane working conditions.

- Champion: A heritage athletic brand celebrated for durability, comfort, and authentic style. The S700 hoodie is made from a soft cotton/polyester fleece blend, featuring the iconic Champion “C” logo and built to last.

- Gildan: Known worldwide for quality basics, Gildan produces responsibly in certified facilities with a focus on sustainability, ethical labor, and reduced environmental impact. The 18000 sweatshirt is a cozy cotton/polyester fleece designed for everyday comfort.

What are your t-shirts made of?

How do I choose my size?

We use unisex sizing across all products, but the fit varies slightly by item:

- T-shirts: Fit true to size, with a semi-fitted cut that falls just below the hips. On petite frames, they may feel a bit roomy. Order your usual size for a retail fit.

- Champion hoodies: These run slightly smaller than standard unisex sizing. If you prefer a relaxed or looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

- Sweatshirts (Gildan 18000): Classic unisex fit - true to size with a cozy, relaxed cut.

How do I care for my t-shirt?

✅ Wash inside out
✅ Machine wash cold (max 30°C / 90°F)
✅ Use mild detergent
✅ Tumble dry low OR hang to dry for best results
✅ Iron inside out if needed
🚫 Do not bleach
🚫 Do not dry clean

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If you're not happy with your order, email us at contact@northstillmind.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right 💛

🔁 Because all our items are printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

🚫 Wrong size chosen (please check our size chart carefully before ordering, or email us before ordering)

✅ We do accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If that’s the case, just contact us with a photo, your order number and description of the issue, we’ve got you 💌

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please email us at contact@northstillmind.com within 30 days of delivery with:

-Your order number

-A brief description of the issue

-A clear photo of the product

We’ll make it right - either with a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Please kindly note that photos are mandatory for any replacement or refund request.

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that actual posting times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

When will the free Yoga Nidra podcasts be available?

Our free Yoga Nidra series (in English) will launch on YouTube and Spotify in Fall 2025.
You can already subscribe to our YouTube channel to get notified when the first episodes are available.
